Team Morale and Energy Boost

Team Morale and Energy Boost Tip #1:
Initiate conversations around each person’s strengths.
By showing team members that you not only recognize their abilities but that you’re also thoughtful about their career encourages them to continue to use and enhance those skills. It indicates that you appreciate their contributions and that their hard work does not go unnoticed. Your proactive recognition helps team members build confidence to take on challenges within the team and to prepare for opportunities that come up down the road. When people work with confidence and feel supported, they collaborate more effectively with others, giving an energy and productivity boost to the whole team.
If you’re not able to schedule one on one time as soon as you’d like with everyone on your team – consider a handwritten note highlighting an area of strength or something else that you appreciate or that helps the team achieve its goals.
